Cress Truck develops interior concept packages for restaurant entrepreneurs, hotel groups, and property developers planning food-service spaces across Provence and beyond. We design atmospheres; we do not cook, serve, or operate dining venues.

Each concept translates brand story into spatial experience through material palettes, lighting moods, and furniture specifications ready for contractor tender.

Marseille Context and Influence

Our Quai du Port studio draws inspiration from Mediterranean port architecture, Vieux-Port colour washes, and contemporary French bistro culture reinterpreted for international clientele.

Concept boards reference local stone, terrazzo traditions, and wrought iron craftsmanship while accommodating modern ventilation and accessibility requirements.

Concept-Only Service Model

Clients receive drawing sets, material schedules, and visualisations sufficient for fit-out contractors to price and execute. We optionally support contractor selection but remain design consultants throughout.

This separation ensures clarity: Cress Truck creates the vision; licensed tradespeople build and equip the operational kitchen separately.

Typical Project Scale

Small bistro concepts from €8,500. Full restaurant schemes 120–200 covers from €28,000. Hotel restaurant and bar combinations from €45,000. Timeline eight to fourteen weeks from brief to final package.

Rush concepts for investor presentations available in four weeks subject to studio capacity and simplified scope.
