Concept Package Tiers

Essential concept 40–80 covers from €8,500. Standard concept 80–150 covers from €18,500. Premium concept 150+ covers or multi-space from €28,000.

Fees exclude travel beyond 50km Marseille, physical sample boards, animation, and site supervision during construction.

Supplement Services

Additional revision round €1,800. Photorealistic render pack six views €3,200. Physical sample board €680 plus materials. Animation walkthrough €2,400.

Contractor tender support including bid review meeting €950 half-day.

Payment Structure

40% deposit, 30% at schematic approval, 30% at final delivery standard schedule. Corporate clients may negotiate milestone alignment with internal procurement.

Late payment pauses work; interest per French commercial code applies after thirty days overdue.
