Brief Immersion Workshops

Two-day workshops at project site or our studio extract brand narrative, target demographic, price point positioning, and operational flow requirements from client teams.

Workshop outputs include mood boards, competitor analysis maps, and written design intent document signed before schematic design begins.

Schematic Design Phase

Floor plan concepts exploring multiple seating configurations, bar placements, and kitchen adjacency options without final material commitment.

Typically three schematic options presented with cover count, circulation analysis, and rough cost indicators per square metre fit-out.

Design Development Refinement

Selected schematic evolves with fixed furniture layouts, lighting concept zones, and preliminary material palette. Revit models support coordination with MEP consultants when clients appoint them.

Design development includes one revision round; further changes billed hourly at €110.

Visualisation Package

Photorealistic renders of key views: entrance, main dining, bar, and toilet corridor minimum. Animation walkthrough optional supplement from €2,400.

Renders use accurate material shaders based on specified samples rather than generic texture libraries misleading client expectations.

Concept Delivery Format

Final package includes PDF concept book, DWG plans, PDF elevations, material schedule, and furniture specification spreadsheet with supplier contacts.

Digital asset handover via secure download link valid ninety days; archival copy maintained by studio seven years.
